負壓除塵器的除塵效果取決于十大因素,它們直接影響到了除塵器設備的凈化效果和使用壽命。

(1)濾袋的選擇:濾袋應選擇耐磨耐高溫的材質(zhì),有玻纖布/氈、針刺氈、P84針刺氈等,考慮到濾袋的耐磨性、耐高溫以及費用等因素。

(6)吸塵罩應盡量接近粉塵源,使粉塵更容易進(jìn)入罩內,提高收塵量,減少粉塵擴散污染。
