氣動(dòng)式真空上料機的組成和應用原理

  真空上料機由真空泵(無(wú)油、無(wú)水)、真空料斗、過(guò)濾器(有聚酯覆膜過(guò)濾器、PE過(guò)濾器、316L不銹鋼過(guò)濾器或鈦金屬過(guò)濾器多種選擇)、壓縮空氣反吹裝置、氣動(dòng)放料門(mén)裝置、料位自動(dòng)控制裝置、不銹鋼吸料咀、輸送軟管等組成,整套系統設計合理、制造精美。

  Pneumatic vacuum feeder uses compressed air to generate high vacuum through a vacuum generator to transport materials, without the need for mechanical vacuum pumps.   當壓縮空氣供給真空發(fā)生器時(shí),真空發(fā)生器就產(chǎn)生負壓形成真空氣流,物料被吸入吸料咀,形成物氣流,經(jīng)過(guò)吸料管到達上料機的料倉內。過(guò)濾器把物料與空氣徹底分離,當物料裝滿(mǎn)料倉時(shí),控制器會(huì )自動(dòng)切斷氣源,真空發(fā)生器停止工作,同時(shí)料倉門(mén)自動(dòng)開(kāi)啟,物料落到設備的料斗中。與此同時(shí),壓縮空氣通過(guò)脈沖反吹閥自動(dòng)清洗過(guò)濾器。等到時(shí)間到或料位傳感器發(fā)出上料信號時(shí),自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)加料機。

  When compressed air is supplied to the vacuum generator, the vacuum generator generates negative pressure to form a vacuum airflow. The material is sucked into the suction nozzle to form a material airflow, which passes through the suction tube and reaches the feeding bin of the feeder. The filter completely separates the material from the air. When the material is filled in the silo, the controller will automatically cut off the air source, the vacuum generator will stop working, and the silo door will automatically open, allowing the material to fall into the hopper of the equipment. At the same time, compressed air automatically cleans the filter through a pulse blowback valve. When the time is up or the level sensor sends out a feeding signal, the feeder will automatically start.

  以粉體真空稱(chēng)重系統應用于兩種物料自動(dòng)稱(chēng)重配料為例說(shuō)明粉體真空承重系統的工作原理。物料A、B分別儲存在兩個(gè)料倉中,粉體真空稱(chēng)重系統開(kāi)始工作,真空泵啟動(dòng),物料A粉倉底部螺旋放料閥A達到一定重量時(shí),螺旋停止,放料閥A關(guān)閉,剩余在輸送管中的物料繼續被吸入到稱(chēng)重料斗中,吸凈后秤中物料A的重量正好是設定的重量。

  At this time, the spiral discharge valve B at the bottom of material bin B is opened, and the spiral is started. Material B is sucked into the weighing hopper. When material B reaches a certain weight in the scale, the spiral stops and the discharge valve B is closed. The remaining material in the conveying pipe continues to be sucked into the weighing hopper. After suction, the weight of material B in the scale is exactly the set weight. The vacuum pump has stopped.
