供料器采用帶副唇旋轉油封和特殊填料密封結構,密封可靠,它的關(guān)鍵件采用加工中心加工,產(chǎn)品精度高、間隙小,它的機體設置了均壓吸氣口,能將回轉帶來(lái)的高壓氣體帶走,有利于物料的供給。
The feeder adopts a rotating oil seal with a pair of lips and a special packing sealing structure, which is reliable in sealing. 為了保證該設備的使用效果,應在安裝前檢查構件,像是軸承、渦輪蝸桿等,若是發(fā)現磨損嚴重應及時(shí)更換,安裝軸承時(shí)可用銅棒、尼龍棒輕輕敲擊。等做好這些才可以將軸承安裝到蝸桿上,然后注滿(mǎn)潤滑脂。
To ensure the effectiveness of the equipment, components such as bearings and worm gears should be inspected before installation. If severe wear is found, they should be replaced in a timely manner. When installing bearings, copper or nylon rods can be gently tapped. Only after completing these steps can the bearing be installed on the worm and then filled with lubricating grease.
旋轉供料器裝渦輪時(shí),安裝好后應緊固定位螺栓,然后將渦輪支座裝到渦輪室上,再次調整緊固螺柱,待裝好渦輪室端蓋后,注油到1/2~2/3處。需要注意的是,安裝的渦輪室端蓋墊應完好無(wú)損,以防后期在使用時(shí)發(fā)生泄漏。

緊接著(zhù)就是安裝彈簧、蝸桿聯(lián)軸器,電機裝到支座上,在安裝的時(shí)候一定要調整好同心度,緊固好螺栓。安裝它的蝸桿時(shí)調整好與渦輪同心度,并且設備的偏差要小于O.1mm。要讓它的電機軸與蝸桿同心度的偏差小于0.1mm。
